Incidental Ovarian Cyst

Request ultrasound scan if ovarian cyst is suspected. 

If a cyst is identified during the ultrasound scan, this may need to be monitored with a repeat ultrasound scan in a few weeks, or the patient may  need to be referred you to gynaecology.

The patient may also need to have CA-125 done. Please see attached pathway for specifics.
