This website provides clinical and prescribing information including decisions, guidance, pathways and policies to healthcare workers within Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System to support optimal patient care.

The majority of information and guidance published on our website is applicable to NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board’s full geographical area and the communities we serve. There may be guidance tailored to a specific geographical base i.e. East and North Hertfordshire or South and West Hertfordshire (previously NHS Herts Valleys CCG) or West Essex . This variation is likely to occur where provisions are impacted by a difference in the local authority and service providers.
